Section 3.16  Return Policy

3.16.1 Manufacturer’s Defects and Damaged Items

Any items with a manufacturer’s flaw or defect or that is damaged may be exchanged for a new item of the same body style. There is no restocking fee for these returns. All returns are completed by an Independent Apparel Ambassador only.

Email: Orders.Fulfillment@Epiphanyblu.com within 72 hours of receipt of items.

Please Include:

1.       What is the damage or defect
2.       Number of items effected
3.       Sizes, Styles & Colors
4.       Pictures of items and damage or defect

Items can likely not be replaced, rather an exchange for a like item or clothing credit will be offered. Phone calls to Epiphany Blu’s main office will not resolve the issue – please ensure emails are sent with all information requested.

3.16.2 Other Returns

Independent Apparel Ambassadors may not return products once received. After your purchase of your initial inventory all sales are FINAL and there will be no refunds issued. Independent Apparel Ambassadors may sell their respective inventory to current Independent Apparel Ambassadors on our EPIPHANY BLU Buy/Sell/ Trade page on Facebook. 

3.16.5 Montana Residents

A Montana resident who cancels her or his Independent Apparel Ambassador Agreement within 15 days of the date of enrollment may return her or his entire initial inventory for a full refund.
